Real Estate Photography in Anderson, South Carolina |

Curb appeal" of yesterday is "Web Appeal" today...
It may be your only opportunity to make a great first impression!
The first impression most people will have of a property is conveyed by the listing photos they see.
Stand out from the crowd and get your listings the attention they deserve!
In the examples below you can see the difficulties posed with traditional point-and-shoot and cell phone cameras. The photos on the left clearly show the narrow range of view these cameras are capable of. This narrowness causes a regular size room to appear small and cramped, only allowing you to show a portion of the room.
As you can see in the after photos, we use professional equipment designed specifically to address the unique challenges faced when taking photographs of small and sometimes narrow spaces, allowing more of the room to be shown and giving the room a feel of being larger.
Even when there is minimal light, we deliver exceptional quality photographs that appear warm and inviting.
Click on the before and after photos below to see the difference between using a standard point-and-shoot camera and having it done professionally.
Why use a professional photographer?
Quality listing photos mean more listings, faster sales, and greater visibility.
With well over 90% of home buyers starting with the Internet to search for a home...a Yes/No decision on whether or not to look further is usually made in seconds! Make sure your listings are getting the attention they deserve with quality property photos that make the difference.
Our goal is to help real estate agents showcase their listings with the best photography to catch the home searcher’s attention.
As you browse through the 100+ homes returned by a typical property search in Anderson, the decision to view more details for a particular property must be made by a handful of facts like price, square feet, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a small thumbnail photo of the front of the home.
The importance of this thumbnail is unmistakable! A compelling thumbnail is like the bright flashy piece of metal on a fishing lure. It attracts home buyer’s attention to look at the listing details.
Once you click the thumbnail to get more details, the importance of quality photos increases. The text description in listing details are known to be overly generic, one agent in a hundred might take the time to write compelling marketing copy so the photos pretty much take over the home buyer’s attention.
It is easy to see that using a professional photographer for property listings will give the home seller a distinct advantage in the selection criteria!
Having great listing photos is not only something your clients expect from you, using a professional photographer is also a branding opportunity - to brand you, the agent, as the premium service provider. If you are in the Anderson area, we can help you stand out from the crowd with our high resolution digital photography services for residential and commercial real estate.
Pricing for Real Estate Photography
Unlike many real estate photographers, our pricing is not based on or limited by the number of photographs. Our prices are based on the square footage of the property. We will provide the number of photographs that will accurately represent the property. For smaller properties, that number may be in the 7 to 10 image range. Larger properties will most likely have a larger number of images.
Interior and exterior photographs will be taken along with photographs of community amenities such as pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds if they are accessible.
All photographs will be delivered as high resolution files suitable for print advertising, as well as reduced sized files ready to be uploaded into the MLS or your website.
All photography includes appropriate cropping and post processing.
* For Twilight photography, please add $100 to the basic fee. * A travel allowance may be charged for photography outside of Anderson, South Carolina.
